1. Mekanik Drilling

Persyaratan:

*
Lulusan SMA/STM (sederajat)
*
Pengalaman sebagai Mekanik di perusahaan Bor minimal 2 tahun
*
Bersedia ditempatkan di mana saja
*
Laki-laki


Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

*
Menguasai seluk beluk mesin/alat rig: Power Rig, Jacro
*
Mampu menangani mesin yang break time secara cepat & tepat (di bawah 5%)
*
Mampu menangani service berkala semua mesin (200 jam)
*
Mampu menangani over haul (service besar) semua rig mesin
*
Bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap semua stock spare part drilling (stok masuk-stok keluar)

2. Project Manager

Qualifications:

* Male with age between 30–45 years old
* Minimum graduated from S1 any major
* Having minimum 5 years as Project Manager
* Fluency in English
* Having experience in Mining Project is an advantage
* Able to work under pressure and strict deadlines
* Honest, Discipline, Precise, Good Communication, Team Work

3. QC Manager - Mining

Requirements:

1. Male, min. 37 years old
2. Experience 10 years or more in Coal Quality Assurance
3. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology
4. Good leadership & management skills

Job Description:

1. Develop & manage Quality Assurance
2. Responsible for Stockpiles Management
3. Ensure grade control of mining practice
4. Manage blending & control coal coating practice at port
5. Responsible for coal sampling & coal handling from mining to shipping
6. Manage cost & generate budgeting
7. Develop an integrated database & reporting system
8. Manage & develop safety system within department

4. Senior GEOLOGIST

Requirements:

1. S1 Geologist
2. Male/ Female, age maximum 40 years old
3. Having more than 10 years experience in Exploration & Open Cut Mining Operation

Job Description:

1. Develop & Manage Exploration Plan
2. Develop Geological & Geotechnical System
3. Generate & Up date Geological Procedures
4. Responsible for reliable Geological Model
5. Manage & Develop Safety System within department
6. Develop an Integrated Database & Reporting System
