1. Cartographer (Singapore) Post Date: 20 Jan 09

Duties:

§ Production and updating large-scale maps using GIS mapping packages.

§ Extracting and interpreting maps and illustrations from other formats and databases.

§ Drawing geological sections, images and figures which are used to illustrate reports.

§ Assisting in final production of reports for publication. Production of well and contract location sheets and A4 maps for GEPS.



Pre-requisites:

§ Successful candidates will have a good understanding of graphics and GIS software, some cartographic knowledge and a high level of presentation skills.

§ Ideally candidates should have a geographical or geological based degree, competent IT skills.

§ The candidates will have to be prepared to meet rigid deadlines, working both as part of a dynamic team and individually, with minimum supervision.

2. HSE Advisor (Singapore) Post Date: 21 Jan 09

Duties:

· Maintaining the Operations, HSE Management System in line with quality standards, including ISO 9001, 14001, ISM and OHSAS 18001.

· Implementing and maintaining a healthy and safe environment for all operations personnel.

· Liaising and supporting the Asset Managers and Project Operation Managers in all HSE, Certification & Security matters.

· Assist in the review, preparation and implementation of Operations HSE procedures.

· Assist in the SSA, OSSS and implementation of installation Security Plans.

· To act as Alternate DPA / CSO in the absence of DPA / CSO.

· To conduct HSE / ISM / ISPS compliance Internal audits on behalf of the company on all existing FPSO’s and new projects.

· Coordinate and follow-through on all internal and external audits.

· Assist the HSE manager in implementing HSE related initiatives on board the operating facilities.

· To ensure Operating facilities emergency response procedures are updated as required.

· To investigate reported non-conformances and improvement action requests with OIM’s and superintendents.

· Liaise with various classification societies’ auditors, clients on HSEQ matters.

· Keep track of expiry dates of operations installations HSSEQA certification.

· Participate in accident investigation / root cause analysis.

· Ensuring audit schedule is planned and complied by the operating facilities.

· Participate in HAZOP / HAZID studies.

· To assist the HSE manager in HSE approval / review of technical change proposals and their resultant implication on the safety case.

· To control operations HSEQ dept, filing system.

· Annual review and modification to corporate forms used on operating facilities.

· Control changes and distribution of operations HSEQ manuals.

· To ensure that all relevant HSEQ publications and relevant charts are held in the office and to track and update as required.

· To carry out HSEQ induction and briefing of newly joined senior offshore personnel and new office staff.

· Work and liaise with operations training dept on training needs within operations dept.

· To ensure that the HSEQ requirements are understood and promote HSE awareness among all employees.



Requirements:

· 10-15 years of offshore oil / gas production experience, of which minimum five years in an offshore supervisory capacity.

· An engineering degree or Class 1 Certificate of Competency.

· Maritime experience is essential.

· Attained recognized trade / ships officer training and qualifications. Health, safety and environmental qualifications are advantageous.

· Member of NEBOSH, MIOSH, IQA or recognized industry associations.

· Knowledge of IMO regulations, SOLAS, Maritime Law, Insurance, SOPEP, MODU code, ISM code, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 & ISPS code.

· Ability to perform HSE audits on offshore facilities.

· Team player with good communication.

· Strong initiative and results-driven.

· Willingness to travel, as required. (destination includes Asia, Australasia, West Africa and Brazil)
